La Xixa: Creative Social Innovation is looking for a new Project Manager Senior.
This role involves coordinating and supervising the execution of projects within the Erasmus+KA2 framework.
Their responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and supervising the execution of projects within the Erasmus+KA2 framework.
Managing and executing the project budget and the presentation of financial reports.
Coordinating and organizing meetings, conferences, and training courses.
Coordinating events, schedules, and presentations.
Acting as a link between project coordinators and other people involved in the projects.
Contributing to dissemination efforts.
Contributing to the preparation of new project proposals and their communication with potential partners.
For this, we are looking for a person with:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management.
A degree and/or experience in the areas of social project management, International Relations, Sociology, or Politics.
Experience in event management.
Proficiency in spoken and written English (B2), Spanish (C1), and Catalan (B1).
Desirable knowledge of other European languages.
Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
Good IT skills (MS Office, MS Project, Google Drive, Excel, etc.).
Good planning, organization, and flexibility skills.
Knowledge of the Theatre of the Oppressed or work in process management will be valued.
Availability to travel.
The company offers:
A full-time permanent contract (40 hours per week).
Full-time from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the office.
A professional career path as part of the project.
Salary between 27,000-30,000 gross annual euros according to experience.
